The Primary Post Graduate Certificate in Education with QTS is the accreditation that enables teachers to teach in state-maintained and special schools in England and Wales. This course is available to teachers who are currently employed in maintained or independent schools in England, or those who have a training placement under the School Direct Scheme, but do not yet hold a teaching qualification.
The Independent Postgraduate Certificate of Education has been developed in close consultation with the Headmasters’ and Headmistresses’ Conference (HMC). Since 2002 it has been offering teachers in the independent sector, who have not undergone a period of formal teacher training, the opportunity to participate in a structured programme of professional development.

In this course, you may opt or be required to undertake a Postgraduate Diploma in International and Commercial Law. A Postgraduate Diploma will be awarded if you successfully pass 120 units of taught modules.
The Foundation Certificate in Marketing is made up of two units, Marketing Principles and Customer Communications. This short course gives students the insight and fundamental knowledge they need to start their careers in marketing.

This is a one year, work-based course. You will complete an initial self-assessment which is followed by an individual interview with your University of Buckingham tutor.
