Our aim is to build emotionally intelligent and resilient communities, locally, nationally and globally. This aim will be realised in the delivery of creative and emotional intelligence interactive workshops aimed at all in our communities. The workshop focus is to provide tools to build emotional intelligence and resilience; providing insight into why emotional intelligence is important in building a better life and in all aspects of living through music, film, literature, poetry and story telling; sharing practical ways of building EI on a day to day basis

EQ parenting classes are revoluntary. They will assist any parent on their parenting journey.
Emotional Intelligence is not currently recognised as a life skill and accordingly is not provided as part of the national curriculum offered to students in school. Equally in our wider society EQ is not considered important but recent research shows EQ skills are key to a successful life.
