8-Week Mindfulness Meditation Course in Wokingham

Mindfulness is a bit like being given the instruction manual to our own mind! On this course, which follows a formally validated approach, you will learn: what mindfulness is, its benefits, and the many ways to practice mindfulness, including meditation – leading to the development of your own mindfulness practice. The course runs over 8-weeks, with a small group in weekly two-hour sessions starting at 19.
