Nordic walking is a fantastic low impact way of keeping fit with all the benefits of normal walking and so much more.You will get an upper body workout as well as the lower body and when done correctly, Nordic walking uses around 90% of the major muscles - that's more than running and cycling.
Pilates focuses on building core strength which is so important in preventing injury and pain, as well as improving your posture and giving you a longer, leaner body. It's also great for toning up the tummy area! The quality of our teaching is important to us so we keep the classes small - we want you to get the most from your class.
