My Mission is to promote life long learning about the mind and body, health and fitness, and to share knowledge of over 20 years practicing as a body work therapist and exercise to music teacher and 15 years teaching anatomy & physiology, massage, Reflexology, Indian Head Massage, Hot & Cold stone-therapy courses, CYQ Exercise physiology.
MCC Holistic Training Institute provides private tutorial classes, both one to one and to groups for revision and exams, especially in Anatomy and Physiology. The tutorials are equipped for students studying for levels 2 or 3 in Beauty or Complimentary therapy; Reiki, Theta, Fitness, occupational therapy and Nursing.
The class based courses range from beginners to accredited level 3 diplomas, helping you the student to progress, climb the ladder and succeed and excel in your studies and chosen career.
Overall, students rate the classes as excellent and state that the teaching is clear, informative , interactive and fun. Standards are high, and so too are the pass rates for the ITEC accredited Diploma courses, which are recognised in over 20 countries worldwide.

What will you learn: The concept and brief History of Indian Head Massage Health & Safety procedures when giving a massage Hygiene Chakras and energy points Classical massage techniques of effleurage, pettrisage, and percussion After effects and after care advice. Using the power of Indian Head Massage to help with stress release.
Course Outline: A very enjoyable day where you will be guided every step of the way towards learning: How to give a Swedish Massage. Health and Safety Procedures.
