Formed in 2012 in London, Luxury Academy London rapidly and firmly established itself in the luxury market. We were fortunate to be embraced by many of the UK’s most recognised luxury hotels, developing our roots in luxury hospitality and from here, as our reputation for interactive and engaging workshops and masterclasses built, were asked to deliver training for luxury retailers and corporate firms.
In 2013 we delivered our first international training in the USA and since then have delivered workshops, seminars and masterclasses across Europe, the Middle East and India to luxury brands, blue chip companies, retailers, hospitality companies and luxury service providers. The first oversees office for Luxury Academy London opened in 2014 in Gurgaon near Delhi, followed by a second office in Vishakhapatnam in 2015.
Today we focus exclusively on training for companies who wish to engage and develop stronger relationships with their high net worth and affluent customers, Luxury Academy continues to be one of a very small number of training providers to this market. Our services cover all aspects of soft skills for the luxury market, including, business etiquette training, leadership training, customer service training and communications skills training.
