Our foundation course students will learn the zodiac signs, planets, aspects and houses. Students will work on their own charts and the horoscopes of people in the news, and start to spot and synthesise major chart themes.
Students will be introduced to forecasting methods: transits, Solar Arc directions, secondary progressions, solar returns and other cycles as well as learning essential tools for today’s working astrologer, including locational (astro-maps) and mundane astrology, synastry (relationship compatibility) and rectification. Term 1: Wednesdays, 26/10 to 14/12 Topics: interpretation, synthesis, planetary configurations, psychology of forecasting, major life cycles, Solar Arc directions, transit diaries, timelines.

There are three terms (Oct–Dec, Feb-Mar, May-Jun).
