Le Breton Recruitment was a dream of ours which we set up and put into place in 2005, between us we have over 30 years experience of having worked in the Recruitment and Sales sectors. We started as a husband and wife team and within 2 years a further 4 staff were recruited, we now employ 15 full time and permanent members of staff.
We have been supplying staff for 7 years and we set up just prior to the recession, this was a daunting time for a new business like ours but despite this with hard work and determination we have succeeded. In fact year on year the business has grown by over 50% and now no longer solely operate as a Recruitment Agency as we now offer Health & Safety Training Courses and a Construction Payroll Service. Due to the continued growth and expansion of our company in early 2012 we moved into our bespoke built Recruitment and Training Centre which will allow the company to continually grow over the forthcoming years.
