This programme is designed to give a broad introduction to the subject, rapidly advancing students' understanding of educational practice. The course is for teachers in the post-compulsory learning sector, which includes further education colleges, adult and community learning environments, charity and voluntary sector organisations, offender learning as well as work-based learning providers.
Students on this course develop the skills learned at intermediate level, and cover financial team leading, financial statements for limited companies, complex management skills and specialist learning areas. Upon completion, students become an AAT affiliate member and with relevant work experience will qualify for AAT full membership.
The main focus of the course is on artist and repertoire development. Students are encouraged to explore themselves as artists, managers or producers evolving their music, image and their brand.
This diploma is an advanced qualification designed for hairdressers and beauty therapists to work within the industry as salon managers. Through the qualification students will learn management of health, safety and security in the salon, quality management of client care, sales management, salon management and public relations.
