KB Fitness is the largest Martial Arts Academy in Central London, offering Kickboxing, Kung Fu, Self Defence, and Yoga classes.

From the start, KB Kickboxing training involves punching, kicking, blocking, spinning and jumping. Usually, jump and spinning techniques are reserved for more experienced students. Our view is that advanced techniques are so difficult, the sooner our Members start practising them, the sooner they can begin to master them.
