Level 4 Award in Supervising Food Safety in Catering (QCF) This accredited qualification is intended principally for those who are operating in a supervisory role within the catering and hospitality industry. Qualification holders will be able to demonstrate a wide knowledge of food safety legislation and effective supervision.
This qualification complies with the guidelines and criteria as defined by the Health & Safety Executive (HSE) in respect of the 1981 (First Aid) Regulations. Where the risk assessment of First Aid needs identifies the need for First Aider’s, then this course will give your learners that, subject to assessment.
This qualification is made up of two units and in order to attain the full award you must achieve success in both units. However, should you only achieve one unit, then this can be recognised and accredited accordingly.
