Mindset is defined as a set of beliefs or way of thinking that determines someone’s behaviour, outlook and mental attitude that impacts the outcome of someone’s endeavours.

So what is mindset coaching?
Why do I describe myself as a mindset coach rather than any other kind of coach?

Basically, your mindset is the beliefs you hold about yourself and these beliefs have an enormous influence on every aspect of your life personally and professionally.

In mindset coaching we look at the beliefs that you have about yourself and see if they are aligned with where you really want to be. If they aren’t, we will work on changing the beliefs that are not aligned. In short, we will work on removing the obstacles and self limiting beliefs replacing these with more positive beliefs, greater confidence and increased self-esteem.

And the exciting part about this? It allows you to achieve your goals and dreams and live a happier more confident life.
