Chef Academy on London offers an effective and practical training program, that gives our students all the tools to start a career as a professional chef. During our 350 Hours program, you will be followed by our chef trainers, and will have the chance to get an insider's view of the restaurant business. You will deal with every single aspect of a chef's routine, from the choice of fresh products to the balancing of food costs. You will learn all the techniques you will need to start working right-away, but the most important aspect is that you will be taught by professionals in a professional environment: our students learn the ropes inside London's Michelin starred restaurants, under the guide of the restaurant's Head Chef. Students receive 75 hours training in our development kitchen with our qualified chef trainer. This crash course equips students with all the basic knowledge they need to know in order to enter any restaurant.
With this course, Chef Academy of London, in collaboration with the European School of Economics are offering students the chance to not only become a professional chef, but also have all the skills and knowledge required to successfully and efficiently manage a kitchen. Students will start by spending 75 hours in our development kitchen.
