Channicool Training Services Limited is a specialist Refrigeration, Air-conditioning, Plumbing, Electrical and Renewable Energy training company set up by Andrew Channon in 2009. All our instructors are qualified teachers and assessors with over 5 years training and assessing experience within their relevant sector with a proven track record in delivering technical certificates, NVQ’s and various trade specific short courses.

Andy is currently recognised within the industry as one of the top trainers in the country. His recent achievements include students winning the gold and bronze awards at the prestigious RAC student of the year awards. This has led him being asked by the City and Guilds to become one of their prestigious External Verifiers. John Parsons who oversees the plumbing qualifications is also a City and Guilds External Verifier. This ensures the quality of courses at various centres throughout the country and essentially ensures that Channicool Training Services always delivers training to the highest standards for each of the relevant schemes.

Channicool Training Services Limited is a City and Guilds and BPEC approved training centre, which is accredited to run the 2079 F gas course, WRAS, unvented and energy efficiency. The centre has premises in Plymouth which is 15 minutes from Plymouth’s major access road. Channicool Training Services can also offer some mobile training and assessing services which could be more convenient for businesses looking to minimise lost days in travel.

Channicool Training Services can offer additional training which includes BRA brazing courses, refrigeration and air conditioning technical certificates, NVQ’s, short electrical and heat pump installation courses.
