Able Training offer a range of training courses to meet the needs of a variety of workplace sectors, including health and social care, child care, hospitality and leisure, construction and industry, security, office based and retail. We provide on-site training for companies and this training can be held at a venue of your choice and times to suit you and each course can be tailored and adapted to meet the needs of your workplace or job. We also provide public courses in a variety of subjects usually held in the Lincolnshire area.
If there are any training courses you require and if we don't currently offer or you cannot see them advertised on our site, then please contact us as we have a fantastic network of training providers we work with and we are always happy to help you source your training.
We want you and your staff to be ABLE in their roles.
The majority of our training courses are accredited through Highfield (HABC) and Qualsafe Awards. However we do allow clients to have the choice, all of our courses can be held as non-accredited courses which often still full fills your training requirements but lowers the cost.
Reliable - We are so confident in our reliability that If we ever have to rearrange a training session at late notice, you get the training at half price! (see our T&C's for details)
Affordable - Low day rate prices and then supplements per attendee to cover exam/ certification fees. Means you pay for those attending not the no-shows (See our pricing policy). We also regularly run special offers and training packages (see special offers for details.)
Enjoyable - Training should help people to think and learn about the subject but people tend to learn more when they enjoy the subject. We work hard to make our courses interactive and engaging to help attendees enjoy their day.
