This Twelve Hour Paediatric First Aid course was designed in conjunction with the National Childminders Association and Preschool Learning Alliance specifically for those working with young children. It is the twelve hour paediatric first aid course as detailed in the Early Years Foundation Stage.
Designed for people who work with children - from birth to 16-yearolds. Apprentices will be provided with a broad understanding of the children and young people?s workforce sector, as well as develop the practical skills and knowledge required in order to work effectively in their role.
This is a generic qualification for the Children and Young People's Workforce and confirms competence under supervision. This also serves as a progression pathway to the required qualification at level 3.
