the course was a part time one attended by people with varying levels of ability and expereince. The teaching was pitched at the correct level and started each week with an hour of theory followed by 4hrs of practical work in the kitchens. The tutors we had were knoweledgable and enthusiastic about their subjects. The practical assignments allowed you to be as creative/adventureous as you wished.
Student facilities*****
The kitchens were very modern with state of the art equipment. We had an OfSted inspection while we were on course, resulting in Cente of Excellence status.
Social life*****
Great mix of ages from 17 - 60+. Gender mix about 50/50 too which was good. Very socialable lot went out for end of course drinks. All very supportive of each other throughout the course with help and advise when needed.
