- The Microsoft Office diploma is incredibly useful and easy to learn from. Even as a seasoned computer user, I have still learned a lot from the programs. (I boosted my confidence; I knew a lot more than I previously thought!). All of the course advisors are friendly, approachable and helpful.
- Student facilities ***
- The learning space is fine; it's a classic, open, plain office space. However, it would be even better if it had a 'relaxation' area or somewhere you could take a break from the computers for concentration. The computers and printers are all fully working although some of the desks are quite uncomfortable to sit at.
- Social life ***
- There are hardly any men studying at the centre but it wouldn't make a difference to the social atmosphere as there isn't one. To be fair, most people are there to study and socialising is probably the last thing they want to do. It would, however, be nice to have a designated 'sofa' area in the space where it would be easier to meet others whilst studying.
