Prince 2 Project Management Foundation. It was a 3 day course. This was an essential course working within a government project. Although the course was intensive and final exam, the pace was consistant and appropriate to quantity of information necessary to succeed. The tutor was enthusiastic and highly experienced.
Student facilities*****
Classroom was very light and just perfect and just right temparature the sweets, biscuits drinks and breadtime and newspapers was brilliant! There were no IT resources but they were not necessary. The exercises held through the day were rreally helpful in reinforcing the learning.
Social life*****
The group was small and manageable. there was a variety of people on the course from different areas and projects. there was a really good atmosphere and number in the group. We were allowed question and answert sessions that didn't prolong the finish of the day.
This course will focus on equipping the delegate with a detailed knowledge of the Management of Risk method including the twelve principles, the four main process groups and the core techniques essential to managing risks using the Management of Risk guidance. It lays a firm grounding for the delegate to apply the Management of Risk guidance to strategy, programmes, projects and operations in the work place.
