You are given lots of technical workshops in various mediums as a guide to channel your output. The course is relatively fast paced with plenty of dead-lines to keep you busy, but this is combined with some invaluable teaching from the tutors and expert input. You are actively encouraged to be experimental and not follow typically regimented guidelines. The course is an excellent stepping stone from school to university and can give you a strong direction if there is a particualr field of visual arts that you wanted to explore.
Student facilities****
The facilities are slightly dated now, but with at least five different studio spaces including ceramics, computer technology, photography, life drawing etc.. The main studio is partitioned off for individual space, but again the areas are as flexible as you may need to use them for your work. The tutors and technician are incredibly supportive in finding additional facilities if you need them.
Social life*****
The course admission is very small if compared to a much larger college and this benefits personal tuition from all the teachers on the course. All the staff and students are incredibly friendly and strong bonds are formed as a result. We have had class outings into London and a crafty pub drink (or two) have added to the experience with each other. At the end of the year we are planning a BBQ in the park.

To be truthful I took this course a long time ago. I found that the course was OK but I believe that sometimes the organisation could have been a bit better.
This course is for people wishing to study a more advanced qualification in heating and ventilation. It extends the themes of the Level 2 and provides the necessary introduction to gas and oil systems. It also includes water regulations, unvented hot water, new technologies and complex hot and cold water systems.
