Practical Electrical Assessment 2330 Level 2 Certificate (C&G)

As a mature student with no previous electrical knowledge, I enrolled, with the help on a career development loan, on the electrical assessment courses 2 & 3 at a cost of over £5000. The folders arrived and the first thing I noticed was the abundance of grammatical and spelling errors, not to mention contradictions within the coursework. I know that no one is infallible (i'm sure that there is several mistakes in my review!) but it did make learning a new subject all that more difficult. OLCI know the problems in the coursework and are apparently in the process of rewriting the course (this didnt help me though). However, my main problem is not with the errors within the coursework it is more with the service of the OLCI staff. Basically, although the staff are pleasant when contacted, they continually ignore emails and don't return phonecalls. Even simple queries are not answered and student support is nonexistent. My last assignment has still not been returned to me after two months! Several times I have spoken to staff on the phone and they have been really sympathetic and offer promises of action before doing nothing. I feel at a complete loss.

I can't comment as haven't started the practical aspect of the course.
    Social life ***
Cant comment for the above reasons
